Who you are: 

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the team, to take advantage of the unprecedented demand for the Harri market leading workforce management, ATS and Core HR platform. We are looking for persuasive, energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals, with a keen eye for detail, great relationship building and networking skills. This role will suit those who enjoy working in a varied role where no two days are ever the same.

You will enjoy the challenge of finding, nurturing, and closing new business whilst continuing to manage and grow your accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales process from active leads sourcing to closing deals in the EMEA Hospitality sector and other service industries such as Retail and Health Care.
  • Collaborating with the entire sales and marketing organisation to build and deploy multi-touch sales campaigns, analysing the market and scheduling appointments. 
  • Demonstrate superior negotiation skills with the ability to write formal proposals, respond to technical RFP’s, and structure high-value contracts.
  • Mastery of the platform and the ability to engage with all key stakeholders is essential to the role as you’ll be selling Workforce Management, Analytics and Payroll software in addition to our market leading Talent Acquisition software.
  • Keeping on top of industry news & acting as “trusted advisor” to clients & partners.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

  • Achieves assigned new business sales quota in designated prospect national accounts. 
  • Achieves weekly and monthly meeting targets.
  • Meets assigned expectations for deal profitability. 
  • Drives revenue and upsell growth in their defined existing account base.
  • Liaise with the Customer Success team to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. 
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Align with the Marketing team to create tailored outreach to targeted accounts.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience of the full sales cycle into the Hospitality sector or other industries such as Retail and Healthcare.
  • Great communicator with the ability to instill confidence in clients & partners.
  • Strong relationship building and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and willing to do what is necessary to deliver outstanding results.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Positive Team Member willing to share ideas and learn new techniques.
