Who you are:

Product Operations is a key function within Harri. It provides the crucial link between product development and customer teams by ensuring successful delivery of new products and product enhancements to customers. As part of the Strategic Operations department, Product Operations supports strategic product-related initiatives across the business, including roadmap planning, release planning and support, customer feature request management, sales enablement, and go-to-market activities, among other functions. The Product Operations Manager will report to the VP of Strategic Operations and have the opportunity to also support key strategic initiatives within Harri that are run by the Program Management Office.

We’re looking for a highly proactive, well organized individual who can easily handle rapid change and ambiguity to fill this role. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, have effective interpersonal skills, be results driven, and capable of quickly solving challenging problems. The successful candidate will have broad exposure to every part of the business, from engineering through sales and support.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the VP of Strategic Operations in managing the quarterly product planning process in partnership with leadership from Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Ensure all roadmap documents are compiled, aggregated, prioritized and completed in a timely fashion, and maintained on a regular basis 
  • Provide visibility into the product pipeline, including prioritization and status, to the necessary stakeholders
  • Maintain and strengthen the product release process for all internal stakeholders
  • Support project management for new product development
  • Assist in the documentation of product development methodology, policies, and governance framework 
  • Support Program Management Office on cross-organizational strategic business projects when needed
  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable organizational alignment and effectiveness 
  • Manage the implementation of customer requests that come through the sales cycle 
  • Work with external customers and internal customer facing teams to drive new product initiatives based off of collected feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to determine and prioritize business & product initiatives 


Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years of project management experience consisting of planning and delivery within a Software-as-a-Service model or within a a technology consulting role
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams along with knowledge of the product development lifecycle
  • Proven track record of working effectively with mid-level and senior management on projects of varying size and complexity
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a cross functional environment 
  • Proven ability of identifying inefficient processes and finding simple solutions 
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong business acumen: understanding the success of a business through multiple perspectives (product, operations, sales, marketing)
  • Ability to measure and analyze project and operational performance to drive improved delivery performance 
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles as organizational demands deem necessary
