Who you are:
Product Operations is a key function within Harri. It provides the crucial link between product development and customer teams by ensuring successful delivery of new products and product enhancements to customers. As part of the Strategic Operations department, Product Operations supports strategic product-related initiatives across the business, including roadmap planning, release planning and support, customer feature request management, sales enablement, and go-to-market activities, among other functions. The Product Operations Manager will report to the VP of Strategic Operations and have the opportunity to also support key strategic initiatives within Harri that are run by the Program Management Office.
We’re looking for a highly proactive, well organized individual who can easily handle rapid change and ambiguity to fill this role. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, have effective interpersonal skills, be results driven, and capable of quickly solving challenging problems. The successful candidate will have broad exposure to every part of the business, from engineering through sales and support.
