Who you are:

A professional certification such as CIPP, FPC, or CPP is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of international payroll experience within a multi-country payroll environment or a global payroll service provider.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll across all Harri Entities, ensuring compliance with each country’s employment and tax regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and statutory requirements Across all Harri Entities.
  • Keep up to date with changes in local regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
  • Work with internal and external auditors during audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence to support payroll accuracy and compliance across all jurisdictions

Payroll Processing
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the UK, India, Palestine and USA, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate payroll calendars and ensure all inputs are validated before submission.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax payments, statutory filings, and year-end reporting (e.g., P60s in UK, W-2s in USA, Form 16 in India).

Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries across regions.
  • Provide clear and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders on pay, tax, benefits, and other payroll matters.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure aligned and compliant payroll practices.

System & Process Improvements
  • Support and drive automation and improvement initiatives within payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement payroll systems or upgrades.
  • Monitor system integration issues and ensure data consistency across platforms.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate and analyse payroll reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide variance analysis, forecasting, and reconciliation data to finance teams.
  • Track and report KPIs related to payroll accuracy, delivery time, and compliance.

Issue Resolution
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and professionally.
  • Manage escalations and liaise with external vendors or authorities as needed.


Experience and Skills: 

  • Proven experience processing multi-country payroll, especially UK, India, Palestine and USA.
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory and tax regulations in at least two of the four regions.
  • Experience with global payroll platforms and integrations.
  • Comfortable managing external payroll vendors.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft and Google Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a global mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection compliance requirements for each region.
