Who you are:

The Lead Professional Services Solution Consultant – Labor Intelligence is a strategic consulting role within Harri’s Professional Services team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all Harri Professional Services offerings, with a specialization in labor modeling, forecasting, and optimization. The Solution Consultant partners directly with client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business goals, advise on best practices, and deliver outcomes that reduce costs, improve compliance, and drive operational excellence.  This individual will Collaborate with the sales team, negotiate service contracts, and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals.

This position will act as a subject matter expert (SME) across all Harri modules, including Workforce Management, CoreHR, Talent Acquisition, Integrations, and Analytics. The consultant will also collaborate closely with product owners to provide client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure seamless service delivery across the platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized labor intelligence consulting, including forecasting, wage modeling, activity-based scheduling (ABS), compliance alignment, and labor cost optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client C-level executives, senior leadership, and stakeholders, providing strategic advisory and business-focused recommendations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) across all Harri solutions (WFM, CoreHR, Talent Acquisition, Analytics, Integrations, Compliance, L&D), ensuring cohesive service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to scope client needs, define service proposals, and support pre-sales conversations.
  • Negotiate contracts and SOWs with clients, aligning scope, pricing, and deliverables to business goals and Harri’s Professional Services standards.
  • Draft and create contract documentation, proposals, and change orders, ensuring clear, actionable agreements for both clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Provide regular, proactive status updates to clients and ensure same-business-day responses to client inquiries.
  • Lead cross-functional client projects, coordinating with product owners, developers, and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Deliver live training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams to drive adoption and long-term success.
  • Develop expertise across both US and UK labor regulations and business environments to support a global client base.
  • As needed, serve as the lead consultant and single point of contact for assigned Professional Services clients, managing the full lifecycle of consulting engagements.


Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years in professional services, consulting, workforce management (WFM), HRIS, or enterprise SaaS, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit sectors.
  • Proven experience working with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in labor forecasting, wage modeling, scheduling, and compliance optimization.
  • Preferred knowledge of SaaS solutions, integrations (POS, payroll, HRIS), analytics, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, draft SOWs, and collaborate closely with sales teams.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead complex, multi-phase client initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Excel, BI tools, or HarriIQ preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to train across US and UK labor, compliance, and business practices.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
