At Harri, our Technical Account Managers sit at the intersection of hospitality operations and technology — and we’re hiring in the UK.

This role is ideal for tech-curious hospitality professionals who love problem-solving, systems and figuring out why things behave the way they do.


This role is for you if you:

  • Have hands-on hospitality experience
  • Became the go-to expert for scheduling, hiring or workforce systems
  • Enjoy diagnosing problems and improving workflows
  • Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users


What you’ll do:

  • Act as the technical point of contact for key customers
  • Investigate complex platform and configuration issues
  • Translate restaurant operations into smart technical solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Support teams
