The Role
We're a B2B SaaS company in the hospitality sector, working with 6 of the top 10 biggest brands. We're looking for a recent graduate who's keen to build a career in marketing and events. You'll learn fast, work hard, and back yourself to get stuck in. You won't be sat on the sidelines - from day one you're planning events, running campaigns, and getting involved in everything the marketing team touches. Real ownership, real pace, real results.
This role is an office based role from our London office.
What you'll be doing
- Events: help plan and deliver events end-to-end (conferences, webinars, exhibitions, networking evenings), support budget tracking and report back on what worked, work directly with venues and suppliers so nothing drops, manage delegate comms and CRM updates before, during and after, and be on-site when it counts.
- Marketing: get hands-on with integrated campaigns across email, social, paid and content, help build collateral (decks, landing pages, newsletters, brochures), keep the website sharp, and create and manage social content that grows our community.
What we're looking for
A recent graduate (or about to be) with drive and a genuine appetite to learn. Sharp organisational skills - you can juggle a few things without dropping any of them. Comfortable with Google Suite; bonus points if you've touched a CRM or event tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Eventbrite). A team player who takes ownership without needing to be asked twice.
Nice to haves: some exposure to B2B, Canva skills, curiosity about Google Analytics or similar.
What you'll get
22 days' annual leave (rising to 28 with service), plus hybrid working. Learning and development access from day one, a pension with employer contribution, life insurance and virtual GP/healthcare services, an employee referral bonus scheme, free food in the office, and regular company socials.
This job description isn't exhaustive - duties may change as we grow.
