What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth & overall pipeline of Harri by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, conducting market research to identify potential leads, and promoting our software to generate new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Making frequent phone calls to prospective clients, handling objections, and providing a value talk track.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level clients through effective networking and communication.
  • Generating leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.
  • Building relationships within key markets.
  • Owning outbound pipeline generation across a defined portfolio of target accounts, using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach to identify, engage, and qualify relevant stakeholders.

  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach.
  • A highly organized mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise-level sales processes and strategies (preferred).
