About Harri
It's a great time to join Harri as we revolutionize the hospitality industry with our cutting-edge technology solutions for workforce management. We're an innovative, high-growth company with a global presence, dedicated to building strong partnerships and delivering measurable value to our customers.
We're looking for a Salesforce Architect to own the strategy, design, and long-term scalability of Salesforce as the system of record and all data flowing into the system. You'll be the technical backbone of our Revenue Operations organization, mapping processes and data across systems, driving AI-powered automation, and leading discovery and program management for Salesforce initiatives from concept through rollout. You'll partner closely with our Salesforce Admin and Developer, and with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to keep our CRM scalable, well-documented, and built for growth.
What You'll Be DoingAs our Salesforce Architect, your responsibilities will include:
Owning end-to-end CRM strategy, design, and architecture across Salesforce, the Harri platform, Gainsight, CPQ, billing, and other systems in Harri's tech stack.
Mapping business processes and data flows across Salesforce, integrations, and adjacent systems to keep our data model coherent, scalable, and well-documented and to understand which system is the source of truth for specific data points.
Leading AI strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem, identifying and building automation that reduces manual work across business users, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
Driving business analysis and program management for Salesforce-related initiatives, including scoping new requests, running discovery, and managing multi-phase implementation roadmaps.
Designing and maintaining Harri's core account hierarchy and matrix (Brand → Operator → Location and multi-brand companies), including custom objects and junction structures to support accurate reporting throughout the customer journey for corporate and franchise businesses at all levels.
Establishing and maintaining Salesforce's security model (e.g., profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security) along with data backup and recovery practices, to keep data access appropriate, protected, and audit-ready as the org scales.
Partnering with the Salesforce Admin and Developer to translate architectural designs into configured, tested, documented solutions, including hands-on support for day-to-day CRM administration and tool configuration as needed, and providing technical mentorship and code/config review to raise the bar on best practices across the team.
Monitoring platform health and proactively addressing scalability constraints (e.g., governor limits, data volume, automation conflicts).
More About You: What Can You Bring? We're looking for someone who's technically fluent in Salesforce architecture with a track record of turning complex business requirements into scalable, well-governed technical solutions. You'll bring:
8–10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience; a Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect credential is a strong plus, as is equivalent hands-on depth.
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, such as Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, or Integration Architecture Designer.
Proven experience designing complex account/data hierarchies and object models for B2B SaaS organizations, including revenue share and usage business models.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation and AI tooling (e.g., Flow, Apex, Agentforce, or similar) with a track record of shipping automation that measurably reduces manual effort.
Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, DealHub, Gainsight, Looker, BigQuery, Ordway, and similar software.
Experience leading data migration and ETL efforts (e.g., de-duplication, data cleansing, large-scale imports) as part of platform implementations or system consolidations.
Strong business analysis and project management skills: comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, running discovery, and managing multi-phase roadmaps to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical architecture into documentation that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can use.
Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor while partnering closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers.
When and Where You'll Be Doing ItThis is a full-time position based out of our London office.
You'll partner closely with Harri's Revenue Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
