Key Role Competencies:
- Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking

- Manage the project plan and timelines of the project, reporting status and identify risks to management
- Manage customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution
- Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person & virtual), as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- Experience rolling out enterprise-level transformative software implementations
- Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment; experience working in an international environment desired
- Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks and determine the level of effort
- Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and self-managing and able to work independently
Manage multiple projects, backlog, and timeline

- 5+ years in a client-facing software implementation project management capacity at a SaaS Software company or consulting firm
