POSITION SUMMARY:
*As Chief of Staff, you will work with and report directly to the CEO while relaying messages and ideas from other senior leaders to improve the internal functions and processes of the company. You will advise on projects, organize and plan company initiatives, and ensure the CEO has a constant line of sight to the macro vision of business operations. You must be a creative and results-driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively manage projects and act as a central point of contact for a high volume of internal and external business communications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*Serve as strategic advisor and partner to the CEO while taking on day-to-day tasks that enable the CEO to focus on larger strategic organizational initiatives
*Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable organizational alignment and effectiveness
*Turn theoreticals into realities by delivering or completing tasks and projects as assigned
*Direct and support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short and long term planning
*In collaboration with the Executive Assistant:
***Prepare, edit, review, and deliver internal and external communications/presentations
***Strategically manage CEO’s time: working with executive assistant, looking at long term travel calendars, evaluating
opportunities and determining fit with priorities
***Problem-solve within the workplace, partnerships, and vendor relationships
***Prioritize tasks, set meetings and diffuse work conflict without involvement of CEO unless necessary
*Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
*Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of meetings focused and productive
*Provide departmental leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork, collaboration and performance
*Attend executive meetings and provide reports to the CEO
*Create and report on the KPI’s of former, current and future projects/initiatives
*Prioritize tasks, set meetings and diffuse work conflict without involvement of CEO

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS:
*2+ years of management consulting experience
*Educational credit against a business administration, finance, logistics, economics, or human resources degree highly preferred
*Proven track record of success + growth in previous positions held
*Natural ability to identify solutions to a wide range of problems
*Expert written and verbal communications
*Outstanding leadership, organizational and planning skill sets
*Ability to successfully organize, lead and direct large teams of people
*Highly experience with project coordination + management
*Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity
