Who you are

An enthusiastic Learning & Development professional, eager to become a leader in the SaaS learning world -  who has perhaps, spent time as a teacher, corporate trainer, extensive public speaking experience, or onboarded employees in a human resource capacity within their career:

  • You will understand how mass amounts of new information need to be structured, through a well-conceived curriculum design.
  • You will ideally, have experience operating or managing a business, scheduling employees, and monitoring time & attendance, which then led to processing payroll.
  • You’re a resourceful, self-sufficient, self-starter, with a proven history of solving problems, getting things done, and teaching yourself new skills and passionate about helping others feel the same way about knowledge. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

Client Training

  • Build rapport & foster new client relationships
  • Own new and existing client training
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly client training sessions
  • Use learning data, to guide re-teach efforts, and close learning gaps
  • Assist in designing new client product onboarding training programs

Product Content Creation

  • Acuity to teach yourself new product releases & create client support articles on learnings
  • Write, edit, update & maintain product handbooks & implementation guides 
  • Create product videos, FAQ documents, and slides for internal teams & clients
  • Become the all-knowing product guru, the go-to person for your colleagues

Knowledge Repository & System Maintenance

  • Constantly improve & keep our client Knowledge Base up-to-date with our fast-moving, ever-changing product
  • Maintain product library database

Desired Skills

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person & virtual). Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Experience simplifying complicated technical content approachable for general audiences
  • Demonstrate experience creating beautiful, visually appealing presentations
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time (post-COVID)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Sensitivity and patience when working with clients
  • Flexibility/adaptability to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Ability to work nearly autonomously
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere

Qualifications: 2 levels based on skills and experience

  • Client Trainer
    • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Communication or equivalent degree 
    • 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success as a Client Trainer in a corporate environment
    • Experience training SaaS
    • Fluent in all office programs & general tech-savviness 
    • Experience in curriculum design and development
  • Associate Client Trainer
    • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Communication or equivalent degree 
    • 1-3 years of experience as a Client Trainer in a corporate environment
    • Experience training SaaS
    • Experience in curriculum design and development
