Role: Analyst

Harri is changing the way service organizations (restaurants, hotels, etc.) deliver the employee experience. From applicant to senior leader, Harri’s platform helps organizations like CAVA, Dunkin’, Noho Hospitality, The Standard and The Marriot find, engage and grow their people. 

The service and hospitality industry suffers from the most challenging labor conditions and operating environments (ie. +80% turnover and intense regulations) and Harri is solving these problems with technology. The market has been wildly receptive and the time to scale revenue and success operations is now. 

Based in Noho, NYC, Harri has global offices in the UK, India, and the Middle East and was recently named a Top 50 Startup by LinkedIn. 

Hospitality is in our DNA, from our CEO’s early days as a restauranter and franchise operator, and we are set on forever changing the landscape of our industry. We need the very best and brightest to join us. 

Position Overview: 

In the Analyst role you will report to our Chief of Staff within our Office of the CEO. You will work across various data sources to mine, review and validate the data to create a consistent view of the business. The analyst will create reports and presentations to summarize complex information. 

To be a successful analyst, you should be focused on translating complex numerical data into actionable insights. You should be analytical, collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information. 

● Using data to develop and optimize strategies, increase profits, efficiency, quality, or security, and reduce costs. 

● Working with internal departments to collect and evaluate data. 

● Identifying and validating new data sources.

● Creating reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence company decisions. 

● Working with the management team to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance. 

● Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security. 


About You: 

● Must be able to work in our Broadway HQ at least 4 days a week

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business or related field.

 ● Proficiency with computers, especially Google suite and analytics software, mastery of certain programming languages a plus. 

● Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use numerical information to develop business strategies. 

● Strong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

 ● Exceptional presentation, research, and verbal and written communication. 

● Ability to summarize and explain complex information to others. 

● Must be familiar with Tableau
