Who you are:
As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate and provide high-quality administrative support while prioritizing correspondence across a wide range of business activities, allowing the CEO to focus on decision-making and focused responsibilities.
This role is critical within the Office of the CEO. As the CEO’s Executive Assistant, you will work closely with and report directly to the CEO. You will also be relaying messages and ideas from other senior leaders to improve the internal functions and processes of the company. You must be able to analyze documents, prepare research reports, and occasionally supervise staff members. Executive Assistants function is considered an integral and indispensable part of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the CEO’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments, providing reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements while creating and managing trip itineraries
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and sourcing catering/reservations when necessary
Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating multi-faceted communications
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions
Acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO and escalating relevant information as needed
Planning, coordinating and keeping the contents of meetings focused and productive
Prioritize tasks, set meetings and diffuse work conflict without the involvement of the CEO when appropriate

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience)
A driver's license
Ability to work independently
Expert written and verbal communication skills & strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Fluency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Proven problem solver with a high level of business acuity
Position type: Full-time with the ability to work 5 days per week in our NYC office.
