Who you are: 

The Sr. Integration Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering technical integration requirements from Statements of Work, customers, vendors and existing partners.  This role will include project scoping, analyzing data and providing recommendations for project approach.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a creative but disciplined problem solver who also has strong cross-functional communication skills. The candidate will also have a strong technical background with experience in complex and diverse integrated systems including API and POS.



Responsibilities: 

  • Work with 3rd party vendors and project managers to gather and scope integration requirements.
  • Analyze integration requests for Payroll, Sales, Job Boards, ATS  and other vendors in the Human Resource area.
  • Communicate and provide updates on integrations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and lifecycle management of completed integrations.
  • Analyzing data for validity based on internal requirements.
  • Research issues with integration data, deciphering root causes and proposing fixes.
  • Working cross-functionally on integrations, testing and data QA approach.
  • A go-getter and not afraid to challenge processes or the way things are currently done.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Experience working with Large Enterprise Customers.
  • Ability to assist customers with connecting to HARRI API’s.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Developing Q/A test Plans



       Experience & Skills:

  • 3-5  years of experience managing integration projects.

  • Experience with various data analytic tools including Tableau and SQL.
  • Detail-oriented especially when testing and QAing data validity.
  • Ability to communicate concisely with clients, vendors and non-technical users.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the use and design of APIs.
  • Experience in the HRIS Ecosystem.
  • Functional-minded with a Technical aptitude
  • Front Line support for API connectivity questions

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 (USD).
