About Harri:

Harri is the first enterprise-ready workforce management platform built for the services vertical. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth since our 2012 inception and we have no plans on stopping that growth anytime soon. We are passionate about building a team of Service First-driven individuals who want to exceed the expectations of those who experience our brand.

If you’re a builder, or problem solver, and love the fast pace of a startup, it’s time to meet the Harri family.

Who you are:

This is a unique opportunity to bring your creative thinking and foundational marketing skills to an evolving marketing team with aggressive growth ambitions. • Go-to-Market Programs: Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to support product releases and key initiatives (this may span partner and customer programs). Help create marketing collateral and ensure messaging aligns with GTM strategies.

  • Marketing Operations: Help manage creation of emails, landing pages, event support and program workflows using marketing tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, etc.) to help drive brand consistency and marketing efficiency.  Strong understanding of practices for analyzing contact data and strategizing segmentation.

  • Content Creation: Work with internal teams and external partners to develop and edit marketing content and enablement tools - from one-pagers and thought leadership, to sales decks and video.  Strong writing skills are a must, and experience delivering bold creative is desired.

  • Campaign Support: Support the execution of multi-channel marketing programs, with a strong focus on email, to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals and creation of deliverables and intelligent workflows using digital tools.

  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, particularly webinars and regional or segment-specific events, including promotion, logistics, and follow-up activities.
