Who you are: 

The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and enabling technical integration projects from Initial service requests through closing out projects. This role will include ensuring project details are captured in a reportable way. 

The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized, detail oriented individual who also has strong cross-functional communication skills. The candidate will also possess a strong technical background with the ability to translate complex technical material into easy to understand verbiage. This quick study will also be responsible for helping deliver enablement ready integration projects.



Responsibilities: 

  • Work with internal and external team members to understand all aspects of the project.
  • Set proper expectations by providing realistic target dates.
  • Communicate and provide updates on integration projects to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and lifecycle management of all integrations.
  • Enabling basic Integrations.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Working cross-functionally on integrations, testing and data QA approach.
  • A go-getter and not afraid to challenge processes or the way things are currently done.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment while seeking and implementing opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Ability to set firm but realistic deadlines


Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience managing integration projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented especially when testing, QA and  data validity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors and non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity with the use and design of APIs.
  • Experience in the HRIS Ecosystem.
  • Functional-minded with a Technical aptitude.
  • Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously.


The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 (USD).
