Who you are: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Marketing, Demand  to join our dynamic and growing team. As part of our marketing team, you will be an individual contributor working closely with our sales and customer success teams to build and execute high-performing campaigns that drive revenue growth across our customer base and within our franchise system areas of focus. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the Harri organization—playing a critical role in scaling the company through well executed campaigns and operational diligence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and expansion
  • Own marketing budget and ROI metrics across all demand channels for your segment of business
  • Create compelling messaging and differentiation to attract and convert target customers.
  • Drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and opportunities through integrated campaigns
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across the full marketing/sales funnel
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective product demos, sales collateral, and client presentations aligned to campaign themes and objectives 
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs, providing insights to optimize future initiatives


Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B technology industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products and driving measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software and cloud technology landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Proficient in marketing technologies and data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and quarterly product release cycles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and technical product roadmaps


The salary range for this position is between $150,000-$170,000 (USD).
