About Harri:

Harri is the first enterprise-ready workforce management platform built for the services vertical. The services vertical faces the greatest technological challenges that exist within the world of Human Capital Management and we believe they deserve a platform built from the ground up as a result. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth since our 2012 inception and we have no plans on stopping that growth anytime soon. We are passionate about building a team of Service First-driven individuals who want to exceed the expectations of those who experience our brand.

If you’re a builder, or problem solver, and love the fast pace of a startup, it’s time to meet the Harri family.

Who you are:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As part of our marketing team, you will be an individual contributor working closely with our product, marketing, operations and sales teams to build and execute high-performing product launches. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the Harri organization—playing a critical role in scaling the company through well executed releases and enablement.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive launch plans to successfully bring new B2B tech products to market. You will work closely with the product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products resonate with target customers and drive business growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and customer empathy to position our solutions effectively and generate demand. You will be a key contributor to our quarterly product release cycle, leading all marketing activities from pre-launch through post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new B2B technology products
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to attract and convert target customers
  • Collaborate with our demand gen leaders to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective product demos, sales collateral, and client presentations
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to continually refine product marketing efforts
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs, providing insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to enhance the product launch process
  • Develop and maintain customer personas, use cases, and success stories through direct customer research and collaboration with customer success teams
  • Inform our event strategy with key product differentiators, work with the onsite team to develop assets and talk tracks.

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B technology industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products and driving measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software and cloud technology landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Proficient in marketing technologies and data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and quarterly product release cycles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and technical product roadmaps
