Who you are: 

Harri is searching for a dynamic Training Consultant with a background in public speaking and expertise in developing educational content. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is self-reliant, takes initiative, and embodies an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering top-notch learning experiences to both our clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Much of your time will be spent creatively producing, updating and maintaining online learning materials, videos and guides that are used as self-service training resources for clients and internal teams. 

In addition, you will also have the following core responsibilities;

  • Build rapport and foster new client relationships 
  • Facilitating online, webinar-style training sessions to an open audience
  • Facilitating in-person or virtual bespoke client training sessions
  • Delivering and owning the new hire onboarding program
  • Use learning data to guide re-teach efforts and close learning gaps
  • Assist in designing, creating and updating user/product training content and material 
  • Reporting quarterly on client training data 


Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Communication or equivalent degree 
  • 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success as a Client Trainer in a corporate environment
  • Experience training SaaS
  • Fluent in all office programs & general tech savviness 
  • Experience in curriculum design and development
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person & virtual).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Experience simplifying complicated technical content  approachable for general audiences
  • Demonstrate experience in creating beautiful, visually appealing presentations
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Sensitivity and patience when working with clients
  • Flexibility/adaptability to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Ability to work nearly autonomously
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere


The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 (USD).
