About Harri:

Harri is the first enterprise-ready workforce management platform built for the services vertical. The services vertical faces the greatest technological challenges that exist within the world of Human Capital Management and we believe they deserve a platform built from the ground up as a result. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth since our 2012 inception and we have no plans on stopping that growth anytime soon. We are passionate about building a team of Service First-driven individuals who want to exceed the expectations of those who experience our brand.

If you’re a builder, or problem solver, and love the fast pace of a startup, it’s time to meet the Harri family.

Who you are:

As Harri continues its rapid growth, we are seeking an exceptional and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and significant marketing qualified leads. You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing within the technology sector, particularly in Human Capital Management or the services vertical. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and possess both creative and analytical capabilities to lead a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy with overall responsibility for the operation and success of a marketing lead and demand-generation engine to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • KPIs and Reporting: Determine and track applicable KPIs for the marketing department, including monthly reporting to the Executive team.
  • Sales Partnership: Partner closely with the Sales team to execute account-based marketing strategies for key accounts and increase top-of-funnel leads.
  • B2B Marketing Strategies: Drive B2B marketing strategies to build awareness, generate and convert leads, and up-sell/cross-sell customers across the entire suite of Harri offerings.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all marketing activities are aligned and support brand objectives.
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing: Responsible for driving customer-centric, complete lifecycle marketing strategies, requiring planning, execution, and reporting across the organization in partnership with both Product and Sales teams.
  • Acquisition and Growth Channels: Develop the appropriate acquisition and growth channels for the Enterprise, Major, and Large segments.
  • Product Marketing: Deliver compelling product marketing outcomes that drive awareness, conversion, and influence within ICP segments and subsegments.
  • Field Marketing Events: Develop and execute a field marketing events strategy, including compliance breakfast series.
  • Company Marketing Initiatives: Oversee and execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to high growth goals, strategic opportunities, and client retention.
  • Industry Trend Identification: Identify relevant industry trends by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar senior marketing leadership role, preferably within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects, with a strong focus on demand generation and brand building in a high-growth environment.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques effectively across both digital (e.g., social media, content marketing, digital advertising) and non-digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of different business disciplines, particularly within the Human Capital Management or services vertical, to effectively position Harri's platform.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and business intelligence software.
  • A strong leader with both creative vision and analytical capabilities, capable of inspiring and developing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, sales teams, and customers.
  • Strong commitment to cross-functional collaboration, fostering effective relationships with product, sales, and other internal teams to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
