Managing customer and internal resources to drive toward project milestones and overall project execution.
Clearly communicating the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Participating in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure customer needs are met.

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks, and determine the level of effort.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment (experience working in an international environment is desired).
Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll or HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
An ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company.
