We want to turn that daily connection into a meaningful B2B2C consumer ecosystem — where frontline workers get exclusive access to perks, benefits, financial tools, learning, experiences, and brands they love. Think micro-finance, travel, automotive, lifestyle products, education… and many more.

And we need someone exceptional to build it.


The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Consumer Marketplace & Partnerships to architect, launch, and scale a multi-category consumer marketplace for our frontline employee community (primarily aged 18–32).

You’ll blend:

  • Marketplace strategy
  • Consumer insight
  • Digital product thinking
  • Brand & partner development
  • Youth-market intuition

…to bring valuable products and offers to millions of workers — in a way that feels cool, relevant, fair, and frictionless.

This is a zero-to-one build role. You will shape the strategy, the partner ecosystem, the positioning, the economics, the user experience — and the culture around this new channel inside Harri.


What You’ll Do

  • Design the vision & strategy for Harri’s B2B2C consumer marketplace
  • Identify what matters most to frontline workers — across finance, lifestyle, learning, wellbeing, mobility, travel, and CPG
  • Build partnership models with leading brands and platforms
  • Develop pricing, positioning, and monetization strategies
  • Craft a digital customer journey that feels modern and fun
  • Use data & experimentation to optimize conversion and engagement
  • Champion the “frontline consumer voice” across the business
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Client Success & Exec teams
  • Build the foundations of a scaled consumer revenue channel

Who You Are

You are equal parts strategist, builder, storyteller, and operator. You can move from big-picture vision to tactical execution without losing energy.

You probably:

  • Have 5–10+ years in marketplace, growth, partnerships, fintech, consumer apps, gig-economy platforms, neobanks, BNPL, loyalty, or youth-market brands
  • Have launched or scaled digital consumer propositions
  • Are fluent in data-driven experimentation
  • Understand how young, hourly-paid consumers think & behave
  • Know how to marry brand experience with commercial outcomes
  • Love testing ideas, iterating, and learning from real-world behavior
  • Thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
  • Communicate with clarity, optimism, and creativity
