We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Product Compliance Associate Director role to ensure the elevation of Harri's product compliance standards across all markets. You will serve as a hands-on compliance leader and a trusted compliance partner , playing a key role in ensuring our products meet evolving regulatory, legal, safety, and quality requirements.


What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Compliance Associate Director , you will be responsible for supporting and elevating Harri's product compliance standards across all markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Regulatory Research: Researching and interpreting regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements for existing products and expansion into new regions.
  • Requirement Definition: Translating regulatory demands into clear product requirements and prioritizing features based on risk and urgency.
  • Compliance Logic & Documentation: Drafting initial compliance logic and functional requirements while reviewing internal release notes and wireframes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as the point of contact for Outside Counsel and regulatory agencies to ensure product changes reflect accurate legal guidance.
  • Product Quality & Risk Management: Conducting Risk Assessments to identify compliance risks and developing test cases for routine audits.
  • Client & Internal Enablement: Acting as the compliance expert for Customer Success and Sales, providing jurisdiction-specific insights and enablement content.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is a proven leader in regulatory research and compliance design. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a compliance leadership role at a SaaS software company or consulting firm.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to draft compliance advisories and communicate effectively with Outside Counsel and senior leadership.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and quantify compliance risks.
  • Environment: Experience working in a cross-functional, globally distributed environment is desired.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience with Workforce Management, labor laws (such as Fair Workweek), and data regulations is strongly preferred.
  • Mindset: An ambitious and self-motivated team player ready to safeguard regulatory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Position: Full-time.
  • Location: New York, US.
  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 (USD), depending on experience.
  • Reports To: Product Compliance Director.
