We are excited to recruit for this pivotal User Experience Design Specialist role to ensure the design and evolution of Harri's platform across web, mobile, and new AI-powered experiences. You will serve as a hands-on design execution specialist and a trusted collaborator for product and engineering teams , playing a key role in translating complex workflows and AI-driven logic into intuitive user experiences.

As a User Experience Design Specialist, you will be responsible for the UI/UX design of Harri's platform experiences, creating clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Platform Execution: Contributing to UI/UX design for web and mobile (TeamLive, HarriLive, TeamHub).
• Standardization: Supporting the implementation of consistent navigation and interaction patterns across roles and device types.
• AI Innovation: Helping translate AI-driven logic into user-friendly screens and designing for new Agentic UI patterns like conversational UX and adaptive UI.
• Design System Growth: Collaborating in maintaining and expanding Harri's design system, component library, and standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/Data teams to bring designs from concept to delivery.
• Research & Insights: Supporting usability testing and utilizing heatmaps and analytics to inform design improvements.

We are looking for an individual who is customer-centric and grounded in real-world workflows with a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX designs consistently across multiple product modules. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

• Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to produce reusable components, specifications, and documentation that enable multi-product consistency.
• Technical Skills: Experience with discovery and prototyping of mobile-first and AI-powered interaction models.
