We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Strategic Account Executive role to ensure growth, expansion, and long-term value creation within Harri's most critical Tier-1 franchise systems. You will serve as the quarterback for each strategic account and a trusted advisor to executive leadership, playing a key role in delivering clear operational impact and embedding Harri as a core system of record for frontline operations.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for deepening executive relationships and expanding product adoption across new and existing operator groups to drive ARR and NRR outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and Execute Strategic GTM Plans: Develop the Go-To-Market strategy for 2-3 designated QSR systems, identifying influential multi-unit operators.
  • Drive System-Wide Adoption: Leverage Harri's "Preferred Vendor" status to navigate franchise politics and secure buy-in from independent owners.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct tailored demonstrations for multi-unit franchise owners to solve specific labor, retention, and compliance challenges.
  • Relationship Management: Build deep relationships with Corporate Brand leadership and Franchisee Associations.
  • Accountability: Treat assigned brands as your own business, maintaining full accountability for penetration rates and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure platform impact.
  • Capture Voice of Customer: Capture and publicly amplify Value-Based Outcomes (VBOs).

We are looking for a Quick Service Restaurant insider with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-growth, competitive SaaS environments. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 7+ years in an Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales capacity, specifically within Franchise or QSR environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to sell solutions against value-based outcome goals and build business cases.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional interaction and engagement skills, including discovery and tailored presentations.
  • Bias for Action: A high "clock speed" with the urgency to capture market share and respond quickly to internal/external needs.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to mapping out large operators and building relationships without relying on brand leads.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales stacks.


When and Where You’ll Be Doing It

  • Position: Full-time.
  • Salary: The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 USD, depending on experience.
