We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Tech Lead - Payroll Integrations & Workforce Management role to ensure the strategy, delivery, and optimization of Harri's payroll integrations and their connection with Workforce Management. What You'll Be Doing
As a Tech Lead - Payroll Integrations & Workforce Management, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, and end-to-end data flow between Harri's WFM/HR platforms and payroll systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the strategy, roadmap, and architecture for Harri's payroll and HCM integrations across APIs, CSV/file-based, and other integration methods.
  • Ensuring the accurate end-to-end transfer of employee, job, pay rate, hours, overtime, breaks, tips, labor compliance, and payroll correction data.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Product to define APIs, data mappings, specifications, testing, and reconciliation processes.
  • Managing relationships and integrations with key payroll/HCM providers such as ADP, UKG, Paylocity, iSolved, Paycom, Paychex, and similar platforms.
  • Partnering with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to support complex enterprise customer requirements and escalations.
  • Establishing standards for integration reliability, monitoring, data integrity, and incident management while identifying opportunities to automate payroll processes.

More About You: What Can You Bring?
We are looking for an individual who is technically fluent and deeply knowledgeable in payroll, WFM, and integrations with a proven track record of translating complex customer and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in payroll, HCM, WFM, HR technology, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with payroll integrations, integration architecture (APIs, CSV/SFTP), data mapping, and HCM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in U.S. payroll, wage/hour requirements, and complex multi-location requirements.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment.
  • Experience with hospitality, restaurant, hotel, QSR, or high-volume hourly workforce operations is strongly preferred.
  • An ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company.
