We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Implementation Consultant role to ensure the seamless onboarding and successful software implementation for our clients. You will serve as project manager and a trusted consultant to hospitality industry customers, playing a key role in delivering successful enterprise-level software transformations for hospitality businesses.


What You'll Be Doing

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding new customer implementations from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Expertise & Guidance: Provide product expertise and guidance to clients throughout the implementation, developing functional expertise with Harri solutions and proactively sharing best practices as product evolves.
  • Project Management & Timelines: Create, manage, and update project plans to track client deliverables and implementation progress from project inception to 'go live'.
  • Requirement Gathering & Configuration: Gather customer requirements by liaising with business teams to produce the right specifications, before configuring our product to meet client needs.
  • Quality & Escalation Management: Accountable for the quality of configuration produced, owning and escalating any issues preventing implementation and project completion.
  • Training & End-User Support: Provide training and end-user support during the implementation process.
  • Process Improvement & Adoption: Work cross-functionally to help plan, execute, and drive adoption of process improvements.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated team player with a proven track record of managing customer-facing implementations in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a SaaS Software company.
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups across organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll, or HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry in an operations, general manager, or other operational role is strongly preferred.
  • An ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with a company.

  • You will enjoy a full-time position.
  • The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 USD, depending on experience.
  • This role reports directly to the Director, Global Enterprise Implementation.
