We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Sales Director, Enterprise & Mid-Market role to ensure the revenue growth across named enterprise accounts, mid-market accounts, and net-new prospect logos. You will serve as the leader of the sales team covering enterprise hospitality accounts as well as mid-market growth accounts and a trusted manager for a direct team of 5+ Account Executives, playing a key role in expanding Harri's footprint across multi-location hospitality operators.


What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Director, Enterprise & Mid-Market, you will be responsible for driving aggregate quota attainment, setting segment GTM strategies, and expanding Harri's footprint across multi-location hospitality operators while managing a direct team of 5+ Account Executives across Enterprise and Mid-Market tiers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management & Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and scale a sales team of 5+ Account Executives covering both Enterprise Hospitality and Mid-Market segments.
  • Dual-Segment Strategy: Balance long-cycle, complex enterprise sales strategies with structured execution in the mid-market segment.
  • Revenue Attainment: Drive overall sales quota attainment and strategic account goals across named enterprise accounts, mid-market accounts, and net-new prospect logos.
  • Executive & C-Suite Engagement: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, ownership groups, and leadership across assigned accounts.
  • Pipeline & Performance Operations: Conduct regular pipeline, forecast, and account reviews; set performance goals; and drive ongoing coaching across the team.
  • Account Planning: Proactively lead account planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones over a multi-year horizon.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional support, implementation, product, and customer success resources to ensure smooth customer acquisition and retention.

You are a strategic, executive-level sales leader with a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams across both Enterprise hospitality and Mid-Market growth accounts. You thrive on managing sales teams, driving high-velocity mid-market execution alongside complex, long-cycle enterprise sales motions, and orchestrating cross-functional teams. You have successfully built and led a high-performing sales team of 5+ Account Executives, coaching them to consistently achieve quota across frontline, service-driven industries.

You will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with proven success directly managing a sales team of 5+ Account Executives in frontline/service industries (hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or multi-unit operators).
  • Track record of coaching AEs to consistent quota attainment across both mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and experience building trusted C-suite relationships.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across sales, service, product, and implementation teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, workforce management, HR technology, or hospitality technology solutions strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with strategic accounts and support the team as needed.


When and Where You'll Be Doing It
You will enjoy a full-time position.
The salary range for this position is $140,000-180,000 base / $250,000-300,000 OTE (USD), depending on experience.
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Travel will be required as needed.
