The Role: As a Front of House Runner at Carluccio’s, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables.
• Confirm food matches order tickets before running.
• Announce dishes to guests and place plates appropriately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction during drop-off (e.g., ask if they need anything else).

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Wipe down tables and seats between guests.
• Reset tables with proper settings (silverware, napkins, glasses).
• Keep dining room tidy and visually appealing.

• Bring additional items guests request (napkins, condiments, utensils).
• Assist servers when they are busy or away from the table.

• Communicate smoothly between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assist in delivering checks or packaging to-go orders if needed.

• Deep clean service stations and bus areas.
• Restock everything for opening shift.
