At Carluccio’s we are all about Fresh Food and the best Italian ingredients!

We cook with love, we taste, we debate and ensure all our food is cooked like ‘Mamma used to make’.

What the role looks like

As a Carluccio’s Chef you will be making our authentic sauces from scratch every day, along with serving our fresh pasta dishes like our slow cooked Beef Ragu, homemade Lasagne and Antonio Carluccios’ legendary Penne Giardiniera with spinach balls.

You will also be making focaccia each morning using fresh yeast, Tipo ‘00’ flour from Italy and extra virgin olive oil, ready for baking in the oven when proofed to perfection.  For our antipasti dishes we slice our salumi fresh every day using the best prosciutto, finocchiona and spicy spianata picante.

As a Chef you will care and enjoy talking about food and ensure every dish is cooked & served with pride to our high specification.
