We make authentic sauces every day, along with cooking all our pasta dishes from fresh like our Beef Ragu, homemade Lasagne and Penne Giardiniera with spinach balls.
As a Head Chef you will be experienced in
running a busy kitchen operation, including leading and supporting all back of
house team members prepare and deliver outstanding fresh Italian food.
You will plan and supervise tasks carried out by the food preparation team ensuring that all dishes are fresh and well presented.
Having excellent leadership skills, a big part of this role is to develop your team and provide the best possible training and guidance at the same time being able to handle multiple duties simultaneously and be extremely organised.
Whilst being as role model for your own team, you will ensure strong communications with front of house management to create a great restaurant working environment, where customers experience exceptional service & dining.
Other
responsibilities will include all health & safety matters, ensure equipment is
kept clean, order food and supplies and keep an updated inventory along with dealing
with suppliers and checking correct receipt of deliveries.
