We're looking for a creative Head Chef for the Carnarvon Arms in Highclere near Newbury. You'll be crafting delicious dishes from fresh local seasonal produce to delight our guests. The pub has a stunning dining room and is known for being the perfect spot to eat for people visiting the nearby Highclere Castle, as well as being locally famous for a cracking Sunday Roast. There is plenty of scope to put your stamp on the menu and make it your own. You'll be great with people, experienced in managing all aspects of a kitchen, keen to develop your team and above all be passionate about producing perfect plates of food!
