Line Chef  - Casa do Frango - Heddon Street

Currently recruiting a Line Chef for our new opening Casa do Frango 3

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Line Chef to join the MJMK family and to grow with the brand. Ideally trained across all sections and happy learning new methods of cooking.

After one year:

  • Enhanced maternity (90% for 12 weeks instead of 6) & paternity pay (90% for 2 weeks instead of £145 per week)
  • Increased holiday allowance (1 day per year worked in addition to initial 28 days, up to a total of 33 days)
  • Enhanced sick pay - up to 1 full week’s pay

After five years:

  • Enhanced pension plan (total of 10%, so the company pays additional 2%)
  • Opportunity to take a sabbatical for a month, with two weeks paid by MJMK

What this job will do:

  • A good understanding of day to day running of a kitchen 
  • Experience in supervising other chefs 
  • Experience of working under supervision as well as on your own 
  • A passion for high quality food and the hospitality industry 
  • Existing Chef de Partie with sound experience
  • Must have right to work in UK
