Events & Reservations Agent!

We’re looking for a keen Events & Reservations Agent, working across our busy Casa do Frango and La Rampa restaurants, as an integral part of our sales, events & reservations team, handling enquiries across our events & reservations platforms and phone system.

·       Attitude is more important than experience - our Events & Reservations Agent will be warm and personable, engaging our guests and promoting a positive team culture, part of a motivated and high performing team. 

·       The role requires working shifts between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday (flexibility/ work-life balance - we can offer full-time or part-time hours)

·       You’ll ensure all visitor interaction is professionally handled, underpinned by the philosophy of ‘first impressions count’.

Events & Reservations Agent - What we’ll offer our Events & Reservations Agent:

• • Excellent, competitive salary, with payment for every hour you work
  • Flexible contracts or salaried roles available, depending on your circumstances

  After one year:

  • Enhanced sick pay - up to 1 full week’s pay

  After five years:

  • Enhanced pension plan (total of 10%, so the company pays additional 2%)
  • Opportunity to take a sabbatical for a month, with two weeks paid by MJMK
