We're looking for a General Manager for the Castle in Islington.   Situated on Pentonville Road, this pub comes with a beautiful roof terrace and is a real social butterfly - the perfect place to meet friends, celebrate and watch live sport.   The food offer focuses on British seasonal small plates and sharing boards alongside pub classics and when it comes to drinks, cocktails and local beers are a key part of the offer.  We're looking for a GM to continue to lead the team and welcome guests into this local Islington institution.
