Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare all Sushi menu items where the daily focus is to learn and perfect technique, speed and consistency
· Follow recipe and the portion control guidelines set by the restaurant
· Set up station with appropriate par levels for the shift and follow sanitary food handling procedures
· Organize, sanitize, and clean the prep area
· Safely handle and operate food service equipment
