Consistency of opening and closing of expediter station to the highest standards.
Consistently organize and stock expo station with necessary plateware, mise, garnish, etc.
Responsible for overseeing the final execution of quality, consistency, and management of all dishes
leaving the kitchen in a timely manner.
Call out orders to line cooks in an organized and timely manner.
Direct runners to deliver plates in proper placement at the table.
Maintaining and managing a professional relationship with the runner team and communicating
accordingly to the front of the house and back of the house management with any immediate issues.
Planning and apportioning tasks and duties among their workgroup.
Follows and ensures compliance of all EMM Group policies and standard operating procedures as
outlined in the Employee Handbook.
