CATCH LA is a globally influenced seafood-restaurant set in the West Hollywood design district. With its signature, open kitchen and breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles & the Hollywood Hills, the 340 seats retractable rooftop haven invites the outside in as it blends great seafood with sushi and Asian influences and streaming, shareable style of service with a unique, open-air dining room and elevated, interactive atmosphere. With a focus on the food CATCH LA keeps it fresh, incorporating local and sustainable ingredients wherever possible as it cultivates a menu mix of Catch classics like the Catch Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Wagyu on a Rock and Cantonese Lobster with inspired renditions of Vegan and Gluten-Free additions.

Looking For Full-Time Candidates

Some Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in and orderly and efficient manner
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment
• Maintain dishwashing equipment and dish pit in a clean and orderly condition
• Properly sort and put away delicate plate ware and glassware
• Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of the shift

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role in a high volume restaurant.
• Strong work ethic, motivated, self-sufficient, able to work under pressure, and have a willingness to learn
• Energetic and friendly personality, with an ability to work as part of a team and to support colleagues
• Must posses good organizational and communication skills and be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
• Open availability to work days, nights, weekends and scheduled events is required
• Ability to stand/walk for the entirety of your shift and meet the physical demands of your job duties
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
