Offering Immediate Availability In One Of Our Industry Leading Concepts Great Pay With Future Growth Opportunities Looking For Full-Time Candidates Requirements:  the Purchasing Manager is responsible for the management and support of daily food purchasing and receiving operations as well as the implementation and execution of related systems which includes order processing (food and nonfood), the creation and distribution of daily purchase orders.  Other specific duties include processing all vendor delivery invoices, data management record keeping and maintenance, vendor setup, and product sourcing.  Additional supporting roles comprise of assistance in quality control, management and filing of all receiving and waste logs, and ensuring compliance of DOH and HACCP standards pertaining to product receiving and food storage.  1+ years of experience in F&B purchasing, hospitality management, BOH management, and receiving  Excellent working knowledge of food ingredients as used in a variety of cuisines  Strong Computer Skills ( Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel)  Report Directly to the executive chef.
