Description

Reservations Manager

  • Create standard operating procedures for reservationists’ phone script and reservation related forms.

  • Hire and schedule reservationists to ensure proper telephone coverage at all times.

  • Hire and schedule hosts to ensure proper door coverage for all venues.

  • Delegate and supervise responsibilities and goals for reservationists.

  • Ongoing training to maintain quality and further develop the skills and knowledge of reservationists.

  • To maintain an average score of an 88 on secret shopper reviews in the areas of reservations and hosts.

  • Daily and weekly review of reservations to check on VIPs, regulars, and anyone of importance.

  • Build and maintain relationships with guests to foster a sense of ownership that will keep them returning and building our business.

  • Update OpenTable schedules with holidays, closures and special events.

  • Prepare holiday and special date reservations guarantees.

  • Create and maintain relationships with concierges.

  • Upholds all human resources best practices as it pertains to coaching, counseling, disciplinary, hiring, and terminations.

  • Follows and ensures compliance of all CHG policies and standard operating procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

  • Acts as an ambassador to CHG Culture.
