Executive Coordinator:

The Role:
Looking for highly motivated Executive Coordinator.  In this exciting position you will be the first face of CAVA!  In supporting our COO you will be the first line of support between our Board Members, our Team Members and Executive Leadership.  

 

What You’ll Do:

Executive Scheduling. You’ll assist our COO with daily calendar management, travel coordination, and handle meeting requests from department Directors and VPs. 

You will prepare agendas and presentations for the Operations Leadership team, and assist in presentations for the executive leadership team. 

You will be responsible for organizing company meetings and ensuring that all supplies, meals and meeting equipment is set up and readily available.

You will monitor expense management, process executive expense reports and assist with reviewing expense documents before they are sent to the executive team for approval. 

You will review all documents, presentations, and requests sent to the Executive team to ensure all CAVA procedures are followed. 

Act as the main point-person for all administrative and office requests

Help maintain a clean and comfortable workspace, making the Support Center a great space and place to work

 

The Qualifications:

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel

A friendly personality with an ability to cultivate a fun and inviting office atmosphere

Ambitious and intellectually curious: you love teaching yourself new things and you're naturally driven to be the best at what you do

 

 

 

 

 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods

Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

Must be able to identify, assess and observe detail

Must be able to push and pull up to 35 pounds

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally

Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
