Recruiter, Support Center
The Recruiter, Support Center position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of roles across CAVA’s corporate teams, including positions in Marketing, Finance, Technology, Legal, Supply Chain, and more. This role helps build the foundation of our growing business by identifying top talent that aligns with our mission, values, and high-growth goals. As a trusted partner to hiring managers and P&C colleagues, you will lead strategic sourcing, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the future.

What You’ll Do:
· Handle all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for Support Center roles, inclusive of phone screens, candidate assessments, interview scheduling and coordination, and hiring manager partnership for offer decisions
· Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
· Build diverse candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
· Leverage company assessment tools to enhance the quality of hire and ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
· Utilize HARRI (CAVA’s applicant tracking system) and other tools to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
· Deliver an expectational, positive and engaging candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
· Collaborate with People and Culture and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
· Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) to various stakeholders throughout the organization.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices in recruiting.
· Support special projects including interview training, referral programs, DEI recruiting initiatives, and system upgrades.
· Represent CAVA’s brand at local job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities as needed.
The Qualifications:
Education & Experience
· 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment.
· Strong sourcing skills and experience filling high-volume, multi-location leadership roles.
· Comfortable advising and influencing operations partners throughout the hiring process.
· Detail-oriented with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with HARRI is a plus.
· Passionate about finding great talent and making meaningful candidate connections.
· Ability to travel up to 10% for events and market support.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
· Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
· For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
· Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
· Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
·
Ability to work in a constant state of
alertness and in a safe manner
