New Restaurant Technology Coordinator
At CAVA Support Centers we love what we do, and we try and make every day as
fulfilling as the last. Our Support Center needs fanatics in tech,
marketing, human resources, finance, operations, supply chain, and store
development to support our growing brands.

The Role:
As a Restaurant
System Analyst you will be responsible for managing the technology
implementation for new restaurant openings. You will work directly with the
CAVA Operations teams and third-party vendors to ensure all restaurants are
opened on time with the technology that will allow them to be successful.
What You'll Do:
• Lead the technology implementation for all new restaurant openings including networking, point-of-sale, and technology equipment
• Project manage all technology components for restaurant openings from construction to opening day
• Work with low-voltage cabling & network vendors to ensure all technology equipment is purchased, installed, and operational prior to restaurant turnover to operations
• Collaborate with architects, operations, and facilities to design security camera and AV layouts for each location based on Operations requirements
• Maintain and improve knowledge base/solution repository to ensure quality solutions are available to team members to support all technology in the restaurants
• Manage a thorough IT checkout process to ensure all restaurants are ready to open with functional hardware and software
• Be a cross-functional collaborator to leverage technology in customer facing applications as well as BOH operations
• Provide feedback, suggestions, and decisions on specific needs for continual process improvement
• Develops an effective and workable process for staging, shipping and installing all IT equipment within budget
• Create documentation for all installation and setup for vendors and support team to follow for onsite troubleshooting
• Maintain inventory database for all restaurant technology hardware
Qualifications
• Multiple years of success providing technical buildout support in new construction
• Superior organization and project management skills to manage multiple third-party vendors
• Full understanding of hardware and software with the ability to connect the dots and provide the “why” if asked
• Have a detail-oriented mindset, be self-directed and able to work to find the answers.
• Ability to communicate verbally to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the in a generous way.
• Experience with project management tools such Jira, Sitefolio to successfully track and deliver projects on time
• Utilization ZenDesk (or other service desk ticketing software) to request technology
• Have superior analytical and problem-solving skills with in and out of the box solutions.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise documentation
• Technical knowledge of Point of Sale hardware and networking
• Open and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
