Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Americas Brew Crew is seeking dynamic and resourceful People & Recruiting Coordinator to keep our Brew Crew organized and supported in the daily operations of the HR function. If you are a go-getter who loves connecting with people, this is the job for you. A big part of this role is to maintain and provide administrative support to the People & Culture function as needed, including but not limited to administering the recruiting systems and process, record-keeping and HRIS entry which may include customization, technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users. This role will also assist in administrative tasks such as but not limited to data entry, organizing, scanning, labeling, scheduling events, managing calendars, etc.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system.
· Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality.
· Provide HRIS training and customer service support to users.
· Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
· Input and review, HR data for entry into the HRIS system.
· Ensure accurate data entry in our People platforms, such as ADP and Harri
· Communicate with Leadership Team as needed
· Assist with recruitment process of candidates and coordinate and schedule interviews.
· Maintain a strong connection with hiring managers to understand the candidate that will be best suited for the position
· Occasionally work with third-party recruiting agencies to fill open roles
· Manage the administrative process for interviews, meetings, HR events, and campaigns.
· Provides ongoing support to Team Members during the lifecycle of employment from onboarding to offboarding
· Conduct background check on new Team Members.
· Respond to and manage all email in HR Communications and FROTH hotline and pass along as applicable and appropriate
· Maintain and administer LMS for HR Training compliance
Your Ingredients
· Proficiency in human resources management best practices
· Superb time management skills and excellent follow-up skills
· At least one year of recruiting experience
· Two or more years in HR administration or coordinator jobs a plus
· World-class guest service skills
· Expert in HRIS a plus
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
· Ability to keep a positive attitude in all types of situations
· Ability to think and respond quickly and professionally to all Team Member
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
· Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment

This is a hybrid position: Monday-Wednesday in our Downtown Los Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote.
