Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Americas Brew Crew is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded HRIS & People Administrator to keep our Brew Crew organized and supported in the daily operations of the HR function. This role will maintain and provide administrative support to the People & Culture function as needed, including but not limited to administering human resources information systems (HRIS) and related processes, record-keeping and data entry which may include customization, technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users (the majority of whom are in our cafés).  This role will also assist in administrative tasks such as but not limited to organizing, scanning, labeling, scheduling events, managing calendars, etc.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS system.
  • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality.
  • Provide HRIS training and customer service support to users.
  • Partner with Shared Services to support Worker’s Compensation processes, including gathering relevant data and information.
  • Support initiatives that keep the company in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
  • Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
  • Input and review HR data for entry into the HRIS system.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in our People platforms (ADP and Harri)
  • Provides ongoing support to Team Members during the lifecycle of employment from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Initiate background check on new Team Members.
  • Respond to and manage all email in HR Communications and FROTH hotline and pass along as applicable and appropriate.
  • Support the Learning & Development Team with maintaining and administering LMS actions for HR Training compliance.
  • Support unemployment claim process.
  • Manage the administrative process for meetings, HR events, and campaigns.
  • Communicate with Leadership Team as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment process as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for Employee Relations and Employee Engagement items as needed

Your Ingredients

  • Two or more years in  HR administration preferred
  • Proficiency in human resources management best practices
  • Superb time management skills and excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality is required
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful
  • Great customer service skills
  • Expert in HRIS a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in all types of situations
  • Ability to think and respond quickly and professionally to all Team Members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment

This is a hybrid position: Monday-Wednesday in our Los Angeles office and Thursday and Friday remote.
