The position we are brewing:
The Inventory Control Coordinator position is accountable for overseeing the cycle count program of all raw materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels, item creation assigning new item SKUs and UPCs as required, and pricing maintenance. Maintains daily inventory movement and set-up new items within various platforms such as AX, Cadence, and NCR Aloha. Monitor and align inventories at the Roasting and Distribution facility, and other remote warehouse locations. Responsible for sales price and purchase cost maintenance, reviewing weekly Green Coffee reports, arranging recounts, and making adjustments to match inventory counts. Maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies, and address issues while regularly reviewing and confirming item details within seasonal promo roll-out guides. Responsible for leading the annual physical counts at the Roasting and Distribution facility and for monitoring annual cost at distribution warehouse in Los Angeles.
