Boparan Brands is a recently formed division within the broader Boparan group, home to twelve iconic restaurant brands – spanning Fine Dining, Casual Dining and QSR including Carluccio’s, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Giraffe, Ed’s Easy Diner and Slim Chickens, and not forgetting a growing portfolio of grocery retail brands.
Roles & responsibilities:
Working alongside the Head of Digital Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Execute the digital marketing plan across all channels with the aim of driving new guest acquisition, increasing frequency of visits and driving loyalty in our restaurants
- Build email calendars around marketing and trade activation calendars
- Work closely with our agency partners to develop engaging content and campaigns
- Ensure content and assets are optimised and in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Implement the email marketing strategy and oversee campaigns
- Take ownership of all brand websites, ensuring content is kept up to date at all times
- Drive online sales for Carluccio’s.com deli range
- Measure channel and campaign-specific performance to optimise and improve our digital marketing efforts
- Producing regular digital marketing reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of activity across all digital platforms
- Stay up to date with competitor activity, industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
