Char No. 4 seeks full-time line cooks (Cobble Hill, Brooklyn)
compensation: based on experience
Char No. 4 is a whiskey bar and restaurant inspired by a passion for bourbon. We feature over 150 American whiskeys and serve a menu of American fare with a focus on smoked meat. We are currently looking to add a line cook to our team.
FULL-TIME LINE COOK POSITION: Primary responsibilites include station mise en place, grill, making sauces & various prep. Opportunity for growth. Ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, eye for detail, and eagerness to learn.
Our chef, James Neale, comes from a pedigree of Michelin Starred restaurants and is pushing the envelope of modern American cuisine.
This is an immediate opportunity for a burgeoning culinary professional with the desire to learn and internalize our high standards and the desire to develop outstanding skills and techniques in the demanding environment of our busy restaurant.
