and drinking. The 1920’s inspired speakeasy features craft cocktails, small
plates, and live entertainment all in a smoke-free facility. The signature
beverage menu is based on classic cocktails from the Prohibition era.
A select list of craft beer and wine is also served. A chef-crafted food menu
is available that features small plates designed for tasteful grazing or dinner
fare.

Description:
If you have a passion for creating amazing drinks and working with cutting edge ingredients, then this role is for you.
The Mixologist will be responsible for providing exceptional and unique guest experiences, and creating signature cocktails. The ideal candidate will have experience making all of the current trending cocktails and have the ability to use fresh ingredients to make signature cocktails. This role will be required to work nights and weekends, and have a flexible schedule around that based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests, and take beverage orders from guests and restaurant servers.
2. Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards.
3. Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
4. Handle an assigned house bank, and follow all cash handling procedures.
5. Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts.
6. Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for missing beverages and serving guests
7. Prepare inventory requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
8. Serve snack or food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate.
9. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotional items.
10. Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed.
