The Marketing Manager is responsible for spearheading the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans for our organization. Key responsibilities include orchestrating marketing campaigns, assessing market demand, pinpointing target audiences, and supervising the creation of marketing collateral. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure our initiatives align with company objectives and brand identity. Furthermore, the Marketing Manager continuously monitors and analyzes marketing metrics to gauge effectiveness, enabling data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee all marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness for Chi'Lantro BBQ.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, emphasizing sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain an effective promotional calendar.
  • Create and implement annual strategic business plans to enhance brand affinity, increase market share, and elevate brand awareness.
  • Design and execute local marketing initiatives, focusing on holidays, gift cards, takeout/delivery, loyalty programs, catering, and in-store promotions.
  • Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of visual elements within marketing materials, including print, digital media, social media, advertising, and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Enhance the CRM database by implementing effective customer acquisition, management and retention strategies.
  • Oversee loyalty programs from planning to execution, continuously analyzing and refining strategies to boost customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities to expand marketing channels, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of marketing programs, analyzing their impact on sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop impactful creative campaigns and activations.
  • Establish and optimize new behavioral triggers using A/B and multivariate testing. Oversee the testing schedule and analyze the results across various channels, such as push notifications, email, and SMS, for optimal performance.
  • Use analytical insights to inform brand decisions, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and refine marketing approaches based on data-driven insights.
  • Direct the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media initiatives, including PPC campaigns, display advertising, social media ads, and other digital advertising efforts.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, optimizing resources to maximize the impact of marketing activities across various paid media channels while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture within the marketing and sales departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of directly applicable marketing experience in a nationally branded retail/hospitality environment
  • Managerial experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
